This is the last leg of the Press Council Public Hearing. The review is intended to help improve the quality of journalism in the country. Everyone is invited to give oral evidence on ways in which the SA Press Code, the Press Ombudsman's Complaints Procedures and the Constitution of the Press Council could be strengthened are invited to the hearings. The Durban session will run from the 3rd to the 4th of March.
